My first week?
It was kinda a big FLOP.
Everything just wasnt right. I got lousy teachers which I dont even understand what they are teaching, tons & tons of add maths and modern maths homework to finish, which explain why I couldnt blog for sometime. My maths teacher is those type who will pump you with loads and loads of homework. SAD='(
Basically, it just wasnt my week, not at all.
Thank God there were some things that really made my week.
Firstly was CG. Yes, cell group always made my week. Although I had to rush to cell after my add maths tuition, it was still worth it. Hearing the voices of southern sheeplings always brings a smile to my face. Praise the Lord, southern sheep might be multiplying soon. And our two awesome leaders, Rachel and Audrey might be leaving us soon.=(
Second was my school's CF, Chrsitian Fellowship. Yesterday was our school's enrollment day for co-curriculum, we were praying hard that our school's CF will grow. The first few hours were kind of dissappointing. We only had 27 members whom signed up. Samuel was getting worried, really worried. He was like "Aiyooo, so few new members only. How ar, when the form 4 and 5's leave? Scared CF will jatuh."
Personally, I did feel bad too. But we just had to commit everything to God. In the end? Our members came up to a total of 51!! It might not be many compared to other clubs, but we were overjoyed! Praise the Lord!
Third was when I was doing Add maths, I recieved a call. I was kinda shocked to hear Eu June on the other line. He called all the way from Singapore to catch up. Aww, but we didnt talk too long as it was quite expensive, for him.
That was briefly how my week went, and so a much belated blessed new year and an early Gong Xi Fa Chai, Blessed Chinese New Year to all!
*And also, Blessed birthday to Carin who's getting old, and fyi, I'm still young!! =)
